NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.
1. ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), Puerto Rico, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older, as of date ofentry. Employees, officers and directors and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children and those living in the same households) and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and marketing agencies are not eligible to participate. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway entrant must fill out an entry form. The first 200 entries received by Sponsor, win. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, illegible and/or incomplete due to mail delivery service, computer or electronic malfunction or other error. Use of automated devices are not valid for entry. Any entry that is submitted with the use of an automated device will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry, at its sole discretion, that is not is complies with these Official Rules. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.4. PRIZE (200): Two-hundred winners will each receive a $5.00 Starbucks Gift Card*. Total ARV of all prizes awarded: $1,000.00. Limit one prize awarded per family or household. The winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
